HRP-4C, Sexy Japanese Girl Robot

HRP-4C Robot is a result of a unique innovation, HRP-4C shaped like a beautiful woman who can move freely and can sing. Robot called HRP-4C or Divabot was introduced at the Tokyo exhibition. This interesting device was introduced by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Japan, which is the largest research organization in the world with 3200 employees.
They claim to have developed software that enables anyone, without the expertise of robots, making the program a robot motion. Only with the mouse, users can easily control the robot movements such as dancing and jumping. Software was also able to design an expression of surprise at the robots when they fall or jump for example. “With this software, we hope that the robot can act, sing and even walking in a fashion show. We want to create a new industry content with technology,” said Shinichiro Nakazawa of the organization.
Masataka Goto, adding that this robot can be used for the two technologies. One of them to sing. “Last year, we used the Yamaha’s Vocaloid software to change the tone directly. But now, we use a new technology called VocalListener,” said Goto.
With software, the robot can have a voice that comes from examples of the human voice that changed in certain levels. Not only that, this robot is also using new technology related to facial expressions, called Vocawatcher. This software analyzes the sound of someone to create a natural expression.
